relevant information on coronavirus

Here, we publish relevant information on coronavirus (COVID-19) for our employees as well as external parties.

As a company responsible for supplying around 11 million people with electricity, we take our responsibility for the good of society very seriously. We have taken comprehensive measures to protect our workforce from infections and keep up our system and business operations at the same time.

Visitors as well as third-party employees who have just returned or arrived from abroad are obliged to self-quarantine for 14 days and notify the relevant health authority (Gesundheitsamt) upon their return or arrival in Germany, in line with the relevant directive of the State of Baden-Württemberg ("Corona-Verordnung Einreise"). Persons whose registered place of residence is outside of Baden-Württemberg are also prohibited from working in the State during these 14 days. Should persons be exempt from the self-quarantine regulation according to Corona-Verordnung Einreise for any reason, visitors and third-party employees must present documents, upon request, to TransnetBW confirming why they are exempt from self-quarantine.

Unfortunately, we must cancel all dialogue events on our grid construction projects due to the current situation. Since an active exchange with you is extremely important to us, we are currently working intensively on a solution to interact with you via digital channels. Until then, we are looking forward to receiving your questions and suggestions via our DIALOG Netzbau grid construction hotline +49 800 380 470-1 or by e-mail to [javascript protected email address].

Thank you for your patience!

If you are an employee of TransnetBW and have any questions concerning coronavirus or if you are concerned about personal risks, please contact your line manager, HR or the crisis management team at TransnetBW at any time.
