Adjustment measures in acc. with Section 13 (2) EnWG and measures with RES-systems
In the case of disturbances or a threat to security of supply, the transmission system operator is entitled and obligated to remedy the disturbances in accordance with §13 EnWG. If grid related and market-related measures (§ 13 Abs. 1 EnWG), such as redispatch, are not sufficient the transmission system operator is entitled and obligated according to §13 (2) EnWG to adjust or demand the adjustment of all electricity feed-ins, consumptions and transits as required.
